Pakalolo for the People is a campaign to develop a coalition of stakeholders from legacy farmers to lawmakers to indigenous cultural representatives, dispensary licenses, patients and cannabis activists.  The intention is to unite a vision for what the future of Cannabis in Hawai'i looks like that will best serve the people of Hawai’i, and the local economy.  It is clear that there are some policymakers that do not understand the industry.  Pakalolo for the People aims to facilitate the creation of an inclusive, and well thought out plan for adult use, the activation of a voter block that supports this crowdsourced plan, and the support for lawmakers that are willing to fight for it at the legislature.
